As a true lover of all things flamingo, I feel a sense of accomplishment that I have lived long enough to embarass my children. Although they insist I've gone over the edge they never fail to include the flamingo room on tours to new friends. I've never met a flamingo I didn't like.

I've also never met anyone that couldn't benefit from the bodily adornment of silver jewelry. Jewelry, especially chainmaille, has been worn for centuries to decorate the body & lift the spirits. I enjoy making chainmaille as much as wearing it because it allows the analytical & creative sides of my brain to work in sync. The tacile & fluid weaves are created with rings that are measured in fractions of millimeters.

All of my pieces are handcrafted by me starting with sterling silver wire that is wrapped around various sized mandrels. The coils are cut into rings, tumbled to work-harden, then opened & closed one at a time into the different patterns, some using hundreds of rings. Finished pieces are then tumbled & polished for that perfect finish. All work can be sized for that perfect fit, & custom orders are welcomed.
